The PandaDoc connector gives DeskMate access to:
  • Templates — read (including each template’s fillable fields)
  • Documents — create drafts from a template, check status (viewed/signed)
DeskMate creates proposal drafts from your templates — it never sends a document to a customer. Sending stays a human step inside PandaDoc. PandaDoc connects with a single API key; no OAuth redirect.

Prerequisites

  • A PandaDoc plan with API access (Business and above)
  • A PandaDoc administrator login

Get your API key from PandaDoc

  1. Sign in to PandaDoc
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → API
  3. Copy your API key — use the production key for real proposals (the sandbox key only works against sandbox data)

Connect

  1. In DeskMate, open Workspace → Connectors
  2. Click Connect on the PandaDoc tile
  3. Paste the API key and click Connect

Verify it’s working

Try this in DeskMate chat:
Connection health should read Healthy — templates readable.

Troubleshooting

Health shows “down”

The key was revoked or your plan’s API access lapsed. Copy a fresh key from PandaDoc → Settings → Integrations → API and reconnect.

”Template not found”

Templates are listed live from your account — check the template exists and the key belongs to the right PandaDoc workspace.

Disconnecting

In Workspace → Connectors, click Disconnect. To revoke on the PandaDoc side, regenerate or delete the API key under Settings → Integrations → API.
